Mailchimp has been great for a long time, but recently it's tried to do way too much. In the process it's very hard to put subscribers in groups and even to make a really custom email. I found Flodesk today and I'm switching to it immediately. It's much less money, has great templates and makes contact groups the way it should have been done.
